Who is it for?
The Mindfulness For Health course is suitable for anyone with health issues including pain, illness, fatigue and/or other long-term health conditions who is searching for greater wellbeing in their lives.

Your Teachers
This course will be co-led by teachers-in-training Laura Minihane and Simone de Monerri. Laura initially began practising mindfulness to cope with the pain and stress of an undiagnosed illness and continues to use it to help manage her condition today. Simone has found meditation an invaluable tool in helping relieve her migraines and anxiety and is excited to share these techniques with others.
