Help us celebrate our third year in business by joining us for a fun and competitive workout with RyzAb0ve Fitness athletes!RyzAb0ve Fitness is a 501c3 Non Profit Organization dedicated to providing group fitness classes and socialization for those with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Meet us at CrossFit Charlotte in Matthews to do three separate workouts! There will be a general division and competitive division (1st and 2nd place finishers in the competitive division will receive cash prizes!) This will be an inviting and inclusive fitness environment to help bridge the gap between communities.
General Admission: $10 (includes 3 workouts)
Competitive Admission: $20 (access to initial 3 workouts followed by competitive events after the third workout)
(Think death by burpees, pull ups for reps, handstand walking race, etc..)
We will have 20+ vendors, food trucks, drinks, and some awesome raffles! All proceeds will benefit RyzAb0ve Fitness!! Come out, support our community, celebrate fitness and health with us in honor of 3 successful years in business!!
