About this Event
with Arinna Weisman
There is something so lovely inside of us calling us to kindness and presence. This day will support us to listen to and meet this beckoning. We can also offer each other the support to remember we have the capacity to transform each moment through intention and awareness.
In this daylong, we will build or create ways of relating to our inner and outer world with understanding and friendship and that reflects back to each one of us that we deserve to be free of clinging, blame, judgement and shame and the other obstructions of the heart, as does our world.
Guided meditation will be offered as well times of silence, groups sharing and a dharma talk.
You are all invited!
