Join us for a Kind Mind Circle — a heart-centered gathering designed to nourish your body, calm your mind, and uplift your spirit. Together, we’ll move through a gentle yoga, guided meditation, altar connection, a soothing sound bath, and reflective journaling.
We’ll close in a safe, supportive space for optional sharing — where every voice is honored and every presence is enough.
This circle is open to people of all walks of life and spiritual beliefs. The intention is simple: to gather under one roof, connect authentically, and create a space rooted in respect, openness, and kindness.
