About this Event

This class focuses on mastering your art to elevate your work and take your creativity to the next level. Exploring different techniques and practices that can help you unlock your full creative potential, allowing you to produce high level and unique art and images that stand out. Whether you’re focusing on intricate color and styles or capturing the movement and texture of hair, paying attention to detail and experimentation can result in truly breathtaking and elevated creations and imagery.

In the coloring portion of the class I will be demonstrating my creative color + cut process in a live demo on wigs. I will elaborate on my creative thought process from start to finish. Discussing and showcasing both creativity and technical skill when it comes to coloring and working with wigs. The versatility they offer and not to mention - endless content.

The photography portion of the class will focus on capturing hair with a detailed demonstration to showcase my creative process and techniques. I will be working with a live model shooting the wigs from the coloring demo. From conceptualization to the final edited image, I want to emphasize the importance of details to create visually captivating images that leave a lasting impression.

Discussing everything from cameras + camera knowledge + lighting + setups and of course the editing process to achieve my final imagery. I will demonstare how post production editing can enhance the overall aesthetic of the image. Highlighting the importance of maintaining a balance between enhancing the image and preserving its natural essence. But also - the overall goal to create A VIBE that represents your work means there is no wrong way to do this when it comes to ART.

I want to evoke emotion with what we create. I want push past boundaries and explore and maximize our potential as CREATIVES. Blending the worlds of hair and photography together will only help us ELEVATE our ART.

Lunch will be provided. Take home bags will also be provided full of my absolute favorite and must have products.
