Toddler Movement & Yoga and Children’s Yoga classes are launching in The Hague, at two wonderful locations:
📍 Knock Out Ladies
📍 The Attic Yoga Studio
🌱 Toddler Movement & Yoga (ages 1–4)
These playful, movement-based sessions support motor skill development, balance, coordination and body awareness in a safe and loving space.
Parents are warmly invited to join the classes, strengthening the bond through shared movement, touch and joyful presence.
🌈 Children’s Yoga (ages 4–7)
In these classes, little yogis can participate independently, discovering yoga through stories, games, breathing and gentle mindfulness.
Children’s yoga helps to develop focus, emotional balance, self-confidence, flexibility and inner calm, while nurturing creativity and joy.
