Baby & Mama Yoga classes are launching in The Hague, at two beautiful locations:
📍 Knock Out Ladies
📍 The Yoga Attic Studio
These nurturing classes are lovingly designed to support both babies and mothers during the precious first years of life.
🤍 Baby & Mama Yoga (6 weeks – 1 year)
Gentle, supportive classes where mothers and babies practice together.
The sessions include soft yoga movements, baby-friendly exercises, breathing, relaxation and bonding time, creating a calm and safe space for connection.
🤍 Toddler Yoga (1 – 4 years)
Playful, movement-based yoga classes that support growing curiosity, coordination and body awareness.
Mothers remain present, encouraging exploration through movement, touch and joyful interaction.
