Yoga with Claire (ages 2-5) is designed to get your little yogi moving and mindful! The class will consist of age appropriate yoga poses, music, breathing, meditation, and more.
Claire is a yoga instructor based in Brooklyn NY. She works with all ages and abilities, from toddlers to seniors, as well as adults and children with disabilities.
