About this Event
Jan 14 – Feb 18, 2025 Wednesdays 5-6 pm ($75 for 6 weeks)
Your pre-teen will gain a deeper sense of self, create connections, make friends, and build self confidence.
Each week will be centered around a different theme and focused with a meditation, time for personal reflection, group discussion as well as a balancing and fun yoga sequence. Activities may also include mindfulness, storytelling, arts + crafts, breathing exercises, group games, journalling, singing, music, movement and more!
Class themes may include:
- Mindfulness/Breathing
- Nervous Systems/Self Care
- Emotions/Equanimity
- Grounding/Heart Brain Connection
No experience is necessary. Please wear comfortable clothing you can move in and don’t forget your water bottle!
