Join us on Wednesday April 8th at 6:30 p.m. for our FREE Kid's Jiu-Jitsu Class. This is a great opportunity for kids ages 7-11 to learn self-defense, respect, discipline and boost their confidence while having fun!

What to wear: The participant can wear a tee shirt and shorts. We also suggest the participant wears a pair of shoes that are easy to slip on and off!
What to bring: Water Bottle
Paperwork: We require a Liability Waiver to be signed before participating in our martial arts classes.
