A high-energy, hands-on camp where young chefs cook, create, and collaborate as they build their very own food-truck concepts. Throughout the week, campers practice real kitchen skills, taste bold flavors, and work together to bring a culinary idea to life – ending with a fun showcase for family.
Day 1 | Street-Food Favorites: Campers kick things off with a trio of crown pleasers: loaded nachos with homemade queso, salsa, build-your-own tacos, and crispy loaded tater tots. It's a flavor-packed introduction tot he world of food-truck eats.
Day 2 | Classic Comforts: Kids learn to make golden chicken tenders with homemade ranch, juicy sliders, and refreshing fruit smoothies.
Day 3 | Food-Truck Planning & Prep: Teams brainstorm their food-truck theme, menu, and presentation. They test recipes, prep ingredients, and get ready for the big showcase.
Day 4 | Food-Truck Showcase: Campers present their food-truck concepts and serve samples of their dishes. Each student may invite two family members to taste, cheers, and enjoy the final creations.
