Kids & Krystals Program

Welcome to our transformative weekly summer camp designed for children aged 5-12 years old to explore the magical realms of emotional regulation, mindfulness, yoga, community, and crystals. Our program offers a holistic approach to nurturing young minds, bodies and spirits, fostering connection, self-awareness, and inner peace.

Throughout the week, campers will embark on an enchanting journey of self-discovery and personal growth, guided by experienced facilitators who are passionate about empowering children with essential life skills. Each day is carefully crafted to provide a balance of enriching activities that promote mental, emotional, and physical well-being.

Through mindfulness practices, children will learn to cultivate present-moment awareness, enhancing their ability to manage stress and navigate life's challenges with grace and ease. Yoga sessions will invite campers to explore the connection between mind, body, and breath, fostering strength, flexibility, and inner harmony

Our camp places a strong emphasis on building a supportive and inclusive community where children feel valued, heard, and understood. Emotional Regulation: At our camp, children will learn valuable skills to understand and manage their emotions effectively. Crystals: Crystals hold unique energies and properties that can support emotional well-being and spiritual growth. In our crystal workshops, children will explore the fascinating world of crystals, learn about their healing properties, and engage in creative activities such as crafting crystal jewelry and creating crystal grids to enhance positivity and balance in their lives.
