KICKOFF Cervical Health Awareness Month with The Crawford Crew

January is Cervical Health Awareness Month!

The American Cancer Society estimates in the United States in 2025 there will be about 13,360 new cases of invasive cervical cancer diagnosed and about 4,360 women will die from cervical cancer*.

The disease is preventable with vaccination and appropriate screening. During the kickoff you'll have the opportunity to talk with medical experts and learn the facts about cervical cancer and about preventing HPV--the number one cause for the disease.

Bring the family and your friends ! There is no fee to participate. This is an opportunity to bring the community together for a common goal and to share with our youth the importance of community service.

What to expect. Together we can make a positive change in the statistics by learning the facts and sharing them with others. Refreshments will be provided. Teal ribbon will be distributed along with fact sheets for you to take with you as you help The Crawford Crew raise awareness.
