In this 60-minute fat destroying, adrenaline pumping, high impact, low impact, bouts of dynamic cardio, stretching, and resistance training, you’ll build strength, flexibility, muscle, and skills to protect yourself (modified movements can be taught by the instructor to better suit your needs). Expert instructors, Certified Personal Fitness Trainers lead these classes every Monday and Friday at 6pm CST, doors open at 5:30pm CST.
