DetailsTrekking through the old natural rich-trail up to Khao Khitchakut and visit. Khitchakut National Park is also the most abundant tropical forest of the Eastern Thailand forest. This trip is the original trail local people used to hike up to worship buddha footprint which legend says visiting Khao Khitchakut on foot 7 times in your lifetime will get you a ticket to heaven.
This trail is a challenge on the natural trail. We also need a local tour guide and pickup truck transfer to the trailhead.

Itinerary

6.50: Check-in front of Inthanin Coffee shop at “Bangchak Gas Station” near Udomsuk BTS Station
7.00: Van leaves from Bangkok
10.45: Arrive at trailhead. Lunch, and meet our local tour guide. Transfer to the van to 4WD, and drive to the entrance of the trail.
12.00: Start hiking on the old hiking route that locals used to take to hike up to Khao Khitchakut hundreds years ago before the road was built.
This round has 3.2 km in distance (one way) We will repeat the same trail back to 4WD.
The total distance is 6.4km or around 7 km including walking to the buddha footprint. Which takes around 4 hours in total.
16.00: Return to the trailhead. Take the 4WD back heading back to the van parking. And return back to Bangkok
19.00: Back to Bangkok and end of the trip
