In this class we discuss the importance of staying top of mind to clients so they remember their realtor and continue coming back and referring business. An average of 10-20% of Americans use their same agent again, yet 80-90% loved their agent, had a wonderful experience and said they would use them again. The #1 reason Americans do not use their same agent again...they say they simply forgot their agent's name. We will discuss many ways to bring value and stay top of mind to clients, thus increasing the rate of their repeat/referral business.
