Keeyen Martin's latest track, "Scared to Love," is an R&B ballad that explores the idea of loving someone who struggles to reciprocate those emotions. This Summer, he will launch the "Scared to Love Tour" in promotion of his recent release, showcasing not only his new music but also other songs from his repertoire along with some cherished cover songs.
Charlotte, NC native Keeyen Martin is a musical force to be reckoned with. When creating music, Keeyen blends R&B, POP & SOUL and uses these genres to connect with diverse audiences. Over the years, his music has allowed him to travel the nation delivering performances that entertain and captivate listeners of all ages. Keeyen was awarded the Michael Jackson Scholarship to Morehouse College and earned his BA in Music and Spanish. Since graduating, Keeyen has shared the stage with some of the industry’s most accomplished talent such as Stevie Wonder, Aretha Franklin, Fantasia, Teyana Taylor, Kanye West, Rick Ross, Sir The Baptist, Tweet, Michelle Williams, Raheem Devaughn, Peabo Bryson, KeKe Wyatt, PJ Morton, Common, Lalah Hathaway, and BeBe & CeCe Winans. Most recently, Keeyen sold out a 25-city International Tour performing in various European cities, The UK, and Italy. Furthermore, Keeyen has performed on several highly esteemed American platforms such as Red Bull Music Fest, Vh1 Save the Music, BET Music Matters, Sofar Sounds Tour, Grammy Week’s MTV & Mastercard stages, TV One Trumpet Awards, The Emoji Art Tour, Delta Airlines, Billboard Atlanta, TuneCore’s JamCore, Coca-Cola & Six Flags Independence Day Festival, and The Love & Hip-Hop Labor Day Festival. When Keeyen is not performing he dedicates his time to working with The Atlanta Music Project and Inspire The Fire. These Performing Arts Organizations have allowed him to work with over 1,000 young people as well as soloists, ensembles, and choirs of varying ages.
Keeyen expanded his catalog April 2023 with the release of his debut Ep Neutral.
