This online course looks at how social media and online presence impacts young people aged 16-25 today and how to ensure we are keeping them as safe as possible online.

Course outline:

Use of social media and it's purpose
Some of the benefits and disadvantages of social media use including mental health impact
Risky behaviour and appropriate content
What if something goes wrong?

This training has been funded by the Dyfed Powys Police and Crime Commissioner as part of Safer Streets 5 and is open to those living/working in the Dyfed Powys area and work with young people/young adults
