Please join us for our upcoming meetup on March 10th. We will be joined by Michael Facchini and Brendon Heneks from Fairway Mortgage to discuss how to use financing to create generational wealth in real estate. Michael is a lending expert in Chicago who started house hacking and investing at a very young age. Over the years, his experience has ranged from initial house hacks to ground-up new developments, allowing him to build a substantial long-term portfolio. I personally rely on his financial expertise for my own buildings as well as for our clients' purchases.Brendon will also be sharing his insights on investing. In 2024, Brendon purchased a two-unit property through our team. After performing only light updates with minimal capital, he refinanced last year and earned over $100,000 in equity. He will be sharing the next steps of his investment journey with us.
