The KBB Music Festival is a celebration of music, performed by some of New Zealand's finest young musicians. The festival attracts talented students from more than 50 schools across the greater Auckland region performing in secondary school orchestras, concert bands, jazz bands and chamber orchestras.Monday to Friday (11th to 15th August) - morning, afternoon and evening sessions run daily from 9:30am.
Friday night (15th August) is our honours programme concert at 8:30pm, featuring our honours concert band and chamber orchestra.
Saturday (16th August) are our two gala concerts. 2:30pm chamber orchestras and concert bands, 6:30pm symphony orchestras and jazz bands.
