Our favorite nutritionist, Kayla Martinez, City of San Antonio Nutritionist joins us to talk about the benefit of leafy greens. Kayla has a great way of presenting the importance of good nutrition and has become one of our favorite speakers at Rainbow Seniors!As always, lunch will be provided. The menu will include Breaded Chicken Piccata, Herbed Bow Tie Pasta, and Italian Vegetable Medley.
