About this Event
Join longtime teacher and movement educator Noah Julian for a Katonah Yoga® Sadhana, a seasonal practice designed to align body, breath, and mind through metaphor, geometry, and breath-led movement. Inspired by Dharma Mittra’s concept of Maha Sadhana (Great Practice), this immersive class integrates teachings from Katonah Yoga founders Nevine Michaan and Abbie Galvin, and invites students into a deep exploration of form and function.
Expect a precise yet fluid sequence that blends yoga asana, calisthenics fundamentals, and breathwork, all grounded in practical metaphors and seasonal energetics. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or new to Katonah Yoga®, this practice is designed to be both accessible and challenging, offering tools that extend beyond the mat into other disciplines and daily life.
Noah’s teaching is informed by over 20 years of experience across yoga, movement, and music pedagogy. With a background in personal training, a deep connection to healing through practice, and a commitment to making movement meaningful, Noah brings a rich and thoughtful approach to every class.
