We are having another Karaoke Contest at the Lazy Oaf in Madison on May 21st. You must be signed up by 9pm, so get there early!! The contest itself will start at about 9:15. The theme is any song from a movie, tv show or musical. Can be any era or genre. Prizes include $50, $100, $200 cash prizes and a discounted trip for 2 to Cancun for the grand prize. This has an $800 value. (Previous vacation winners are NOT eligible for the trip but can win the cash) These are the biggest prizes we've given out yet so make it a plan. The contest has a $5 entry fee for each singer. Solos, duets or groups are welcome to compete. We will also have a 50/50 cash raffle drawing that night so somebody in out audience can win over $100 as well so bring friends to cheer you on!! Thursday May 21st!!I'm hoping to have professional musicians or dj's to help judge this contest or people with theatre background.
