This 3-day Kapha Season Immersion is a Warrior Sanctuary signature offering designed to help you move stagnant energy, restore clarity, and reconnect to your inner fire through seasonal yoga, functional movement, breathwork, and nervous system–based practices.
Rooted in Ayurveda and modern movement science, this immersion teaches you how to practice in a way that supports the season you’re actually in, instead of pushing harder and burning out.
Over three days, you’ll experience:
• Kapha-balancing functional movement + yoga
• Breathwork to improve circulation and clarity
• Seasonal asana and strength sequencing
• Nervous system regulation practices
