KAP
KAP is a direct energy transmission that activates the Kundalini awakening process. Spontaneous movements can and does arise. Some consider it a cathartic experience or something that gives them deep insights or realizations. But these are just some of the side effects that can and do happen.
A profound rewiring of the brain structure and central nervous system happens with continued exposure. Every "symptom" or sign of a kundalini awakening, from the earliest signs to the later and manifestations, are seen regularly in participants.
Clients typically report having deep insights or realizations, strengthened intuition, shifts in perception of reality, more clarity, developed senses, a capacity to feel more deeply, deeper states of consciousness, a sense of purpose, deeper connection to themselves, living with a more open heart, inner knowing, bliss states, experiencing non-dual states or oneness…the list goes on.
It affects every aspect of their lives and results in them making lifestyle choices more suited for them, their health, and their life purpose.
What happens during the transmission
You lie down on a yoga mat. Some music is played. The facilitator will point or touch different chakras or meridian points on your body. That's what happens on the outside. What happens on the inside is a totally different story...
Preparation
It is suggested to refrain from consuming alcohol, meat and to eat light at least a few hours prior to the session.

Susana Villalba is an accredited KAP Facilitator at Level 2, transmitting life force energy and non-dual states of consciousness. Trained by Venant Wong, the founder of KAP. Susana embarked on her self-realization journey 14 years ago, practicing various forms of meditation, her passion and commitment to delving into the depths of consciousness and understanding our true selves led her to study under various spiritual teachers and masters over the years.
Certified as a Meditation & Ayurveda teacher and Well-being coach by Chopra, Susana is also a certified yoga teacher by Heart of Yoga, she specializes in yoga education in schools. Her research in the mind-body-soul connection spans participation in over 22 workshops, events, and retreats worldwide.
