Kanonenfieber was founded in 2020 by multi-instrumentalist Noise, inspired by the wartime diary of his great-grandfather, written on the front lines of World War I. Collaborating with a friend and amateur historian, he crafted lyrics from real letters and archival documents—bringing the forgotten voices of history into the heart of modern metal.
