What:
We are very excited to welcome Justice Neil Gorsuch and Janie Nitze to Houston to celebrate their new book, Heroes of 1776: The Story of the Declaration of Independence.
Event Guidelines:
- Each ticket will admit up to four family members. You will be asked how many people will attend at checkout.
- Please note that a copy of the book is NOT included in the ticket price. If you choose to purchase a copy of Heroes of 1776 during the ticketing process, you will pick up your book at the event.
- Bags of any size will not be permitted at this event. Wallets, cell phones, keys and small clutches under 4.5x6.5 inches are permitted. We appreciate your understanding.
- Following the conversation, Justice Gorsuch and Janie Nitze will sign books and greet attendees. There will be no personalization. No photographs are permitted in the signing line.
- If you are ill and cannot attend, your book will be available for you to pick up following the event. If you would like your book shipped, please email [email protected] to coordinate shipping.
- As a reminder, refunds are available up to 48 hours before the event; you can return your ticket through Eventbrite.

About the Creators:
Neil Gorsuch is a Justice of the United States Supreme Court.
Janie Nitze has written two New York Times bestsellers with Justice Gorsuch: Over Ruled and A Republic If You Can Keep It. She has also worked as a Senate-confirmed board member of the Privacy and Civil Liberties Oversight Board, an attorney at the U.S. Department of Justice, and a law clerk for Justices Gorsuch and Sonia Sotomayor. Janie received her B.A. in physics and her M.A. in statistics from Harvard University and her J.D. from Harvard Law School. She’s the mother of three young children and a co-founder of a preschool.
