Welcome to our Just Grieve x Counterpoise event! Journalling can support reflection, emotional processing, and self-understanding, giving space to make sense of the good and not-so-good feelings as and when they come up. The workshop will guide you through different styles of journaling, so you can discover what works best for you and leave with a practical tool to support yourself.
