Just Dance is stoked to welcome composer, beat artist, electronic producer & performer PACHA PAPA!Pacha Papa keeps his sights onto international planes with the intention to spice up any dance floor with infectious movement and an overall vibe that resonates with our unique cultural heritage.
PACHA PAPA has played at many Transformational Music Festivals such as Luminosity Gathering, Blessed Coast, BassCoast, This Gathering & KOKSILAH. His sets are quite diverse, ranging from downtempo bass yoga to deep hip engaging heaters. PACHA PAPA has released multiple EP’s and a handful of well received albums showcasing his diverse approach to music production that blends tribal music with sub frequencies.
Expect a delicious and highly danceable set as he will be delivering succulent and sensational sounds from some of the worlds most talented and pertinent producers, all wrapped up in a beautiful flow that is sure to keep you moving strong until the last beat drops.
Opening the evening will be Just Dance founder and producer Abheeru. As a DJ, Abheeru is known for taping into an extensive palette of genres and styles from far-reaching locations around the world. His main passion is to infuse and mix a wide-range of musical organic elements and instruments from many diverse cultures and to blend those with delectable modern dance beats. The results are exquisitely creative dance sets that will keep your dancing soul and feet happy.
Intricate visuals for the evening will be crafted live by our talented resident VJ Kashub.

PACHA PAPA
Pacha Papa is a student of sound, eager to surrender to the magical odyssey that vibration can take the soul on. He has been producing and DJing for 8 years, his musical ear influenced towards an organic, biorhythmic approach. Viewing sound as one of the fundamental magics of our reality, Pacha Papa intentionally seizes the opportunity to create peace during his conducting and aims to leave all those present with huge smiles & warm, well worked hips. He has released multiple EP’s which incorporate world tribal bass music under the feeling of NeoTribalism. Pacha Papa is sure to enliven the dance floor with his playful antics - creating a natural balance of silliness to his ritualist set.
PACHA PAPA is supported by the likes of Goopsteppa, Leland River, Handsome Tiger, AtYya, Michael Red, Tusk, Okiro, Mastya, Medicine Fox, Kiggyboo, Emalaine, Brendan Ewak, Light Twerkerz, The Web Crew & Crystel Clear; having shared the stage with many of them.

ABHEERU
Originally from Quebec City, Abheeru discovered World Music first hand during his many travels to over 40 countries. After settling in Vancouver, he was inspired by the community and environment, and created Just Dance. Since then, he has cultivated a profound and rapturous relationship to Global Fusion music, DJing, community service and dancing. He has organized, promoted and DJed more than 600 events for over 55,000 dancers, all in the spirit of service as he has always wanted for JD to donate all of its proceeds to local charities and nonprofit groups. Despite many changes and challenges over the last two decades, he continues to inspire and promote new ideas and musical concepts to the Vancouver community.

KASHUB
Kashub's name stems from the tribe of his ancestry situated along what is now the Baltic Coast of Poland. The tribe, now dispersed and displaced, lived peacefully isolated amidst sand dunes and swamps along the Baltic since before the dawn of the State of the Teutonic Order some 800 years ago. VJ Kashub brings powerful visual projections to induce a spiritual scene so as to reacquaint long lost souls of his ancestry onto our dance floor.
ABOUT JUST DANCE
Just Dance is a positive party community event. It offers a unique opportunity to dance to an eclectic selection of music from around the world. Held twice a month, Just Dance can be described as a refreshing alternative to the bar and club scene. It is a place where you are free to be yourself, connect with a vibrant community and dance the way you want!
