Eastport Arts Center is pleased to offer a new weekly dance offering—Just Dance, on Thursdays from 5-6 pm. The group, coordinated by Rhonda Welcome, is for those who want to just get out and dance. The free styling group offers a chance for all to get together and move our bodies. There is no instruction involved. Playlists are created each week. Two left feet? No problem. Just come and move your body to the music and enjoy.All are welcome. The group is offered by $5 suggested donation per session; no one will be turned away for lack of funds. Attendees may wish to bring a water bottle. If local schools are canceled or have an early release, Just Dance too will be canceled. Participants will be invited to join an email contact list for the group, to receive updates, as needed, to the weekly schedule. Please note, EAC’s other dance offering, World and Contemporary Dance, meets Thursdays, 3:30-4:30 pm, and double-dipping is encouraged!
