Join Super Nouveau for a wine tasting exploring the classic grapes of Jura alongside a thoughtfully curated lineup of cheeses by food-writer/charcuterie-artist Nikki (@boardsof_vancouver).
Located on the French-Swiss border, Jura is a well-loved region by wine connoisseurs around the world who know how hard their wines can be to come by. Known for limestone soils that concentrates flavours and brings bright acidity to its wines. We will be pouring a lineup of 6 wines, including a special Vin Jaune ;)
Grab a date, a friend and come for a fun and informative evening of wine and cheese tasting as we break down the intricacies of Jura terroir expressed by the winemaking and its traditional agriculture!
