About our Facilitator, Natasha Dixon
"My name’s Natasha Dixon and I’m the Founder and Executive Director of The Digital Sexual Violence Support Centre (DSVSC), which is a Canadian non-profit that provides nation-wide support to adults who’ve experienced online forms of sexual violence. Our primary activities include peer support, survivor-centered research, community outreach and workshops.
What we (The DSVSC) bring to the community is a survivor-led praxis that centers lived experiences of online sexual violence and an understanding on how to apply holistic wellness methods, to help process and heal from sexual trauma. More specifically, we are looking to welcome and invite the peers of individuals who’ve experienced online sexual violence to reflect on their approaches to holistic wellness, within a communal environment."
