Welcome to JUNGLA 2026. Before Winter officially arrives in town, we open our doors for a special gathering to celebrate the release of AC Jungle's new single “Siente The Flow”.
A piece that encapsulates the artist’s journey as a migrant – the challenges, the transitions between cities, and the influence of the dancefloor and rave culture that carried him through those years.
The night also marks AC Jungle return to Section 8 after 2 years. Once home to a monthly residency during his time living in Melbourne, Section 8 remains a deeply meaningful place – a space where his early stories, sounds and community were shaped. Returning now, after relocating to WA, gives this moment a full-circle energy.
“Siente The Flow” is more than just a track, especially in today’s digital era. Recorded piece by piece, every sound is original – no external samples, no pre-made loops. It’s elements cannot be found or reused anywhere else. From maracas, basslines, electric guitar, synthesizers, vocals, and even organic whistles, each layer was created intentionally to form a living, breathing story.
The artist’s intention focuses on sharing his creativity through a unique and authentic sound, prioritising quality and meaning over mass production.
Bio:
AC Jungle is an Ecuadorian DJ and producer based in Western Australia, blending deep, immersive electronic music with percussion‑driven and organic textures.
Calling Australia home since 2018, he spent six years deeply embedded in Melbourne’s underground scene before relocating West in 2024.
Renowned for storytelling‑led, atmospheric sets that transport listeners beyond the dancefloor, AC Jungle draws from a wide palette of electronic genres. His sound is shaped by Hispanic roots and Western musical influences, weaving together timeless house, deep house, melodic house & techno, and with growing influences from Brazilian Zouk.
Designed as journey‑based experiences, his sets naturally translate to both club environments and ecstatic dance spaces.
Festival appearances include Blossom Festival (2024 & 2025), Dragon Tree Festival (2025), and Smashed Avo Festival (2025). He also has supported international artists including Chancha Vía Circuito, Rodrigo Gallardo, and Maugli, and held a residency at the iconic Section 8.
Supports:
Mickey Space
A beloved figure in Melbourne's underground community, known for his long-standing presence across festivals, and ecstatic dance gatherings. Mickey is known for his world-tribal, bass-driven selections and deep, organic house grooves that move the body and spirit. A close friend - and once AC Jungle's yoga teacher - his presence adds a personal, full-circle energy to the night.
Flow Mender
A loyal friend of the JUNGLA community since the very beginning, supporting every chapter of the project with heart and consistency. His sound leans into Afro-techno influences - underground, percussive, and deeply emotive - crafted to guide dancers into raw, expressive movement. Flow Mender brings both history and soul to this lineup.
Baden
A rising promise in Australia's electronic music landscape, blending sharp technical skill with a natural instinct for sound design. Baden and AC Jungle have been creating music side-by-side for years - first as housemates in Melbourne, then in Perth and nowadays across both cities as their paths evolved. Recently returning to Melbourne, he continues to refine his craft with a maturity beyond his age, and we can't wait to see what the future holds for him.
A special thanks to Baden for handling the technical side of "Siente The Flow", helping bring the track's vision to life with precision and care.
