About this Event
Join Neighbors Impacting Communities for their FOURTH annual Juneteenth Celebration in Soulard Park from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday, June 13, 2026, at Soulard Market Park in St. Louis, Mo. Free and Open to the Public. Lafayette will be closed between 7th and 9th Streets for the entire day.
This year's event is being co-sponsored the 13th Amendment Freedom Week Movement (watch for their booth registration link coming soon) and the organizers of the St. Louis Mr. Juneteenth Scholarship Pageant (link to come soon).
This year's event is still in the planning stage for eneretainment, but be assured it will include DJ & live music, arts, food and other entertainment for patrons of all ages.
Booth registration opens Monday, February 23 and closes on May 23. LIMITED SPACES - If spaces are still available after May 23, late registration fee will be double rate posted below until all spaces are filled.
Park area inside the fence will be reserved for tent vendors only. Half will be dedicated to NIC vendors and the other half to 13th AFWM vendors.
All food vendors (tents & trucks) will on Lafayette between between 7th (Broadway) and 9th Street, south-west side of park. Set-up begins at 6 a.m. Festival opens to the public at 8 a.m. and closes at 5 p.m. (ALL vendor vehicles must be off the park grass no later than 7:30 a.m.) City ordinance requires all vendors to vacate the park and street by 6 p.m. Entertainment/Activity schedule will be available at NICSTLMO.org closer to the event date.
NIC Vendor Registration Fees:
- Single space/tent 10 x 10 = $150
- Double space/tent 20 x 10 = $200
- Single Food space/tent 10 x 10 = $200
- Double Food space/tent 20 x 10 = $250
- Food truck (any size) = $250
- Information Only, Non-Profit Single space/tent 10 x 10 = $60
- "Big Tent" Information Only, Non-Profit table* = $60
- "Big Tent" Youth (K-12 only) Entrepreneurs table* = $30
Eventbrite payment options include credit/debit card, PayPal or Google Pay.
*Note: "Big Tent" tables are SINGLE table only - vendor must bring their own table up to 6" long. Location under tent will be first come on the day of the event. Tables and chairs will NOT be provided.
Vendor Guidelines:
- This event will continue regardless of weather, unless authorities close the park for emergency conditions. All vendor spaces are outdoors.
- ALL NIC vendors must register using this form. 13th Amendment Freedom Week Movement will be handling their vendors independently with same fee and deadlines.
- Vendors are expected to bring their own tents, tables, chairs, etc. Electricity and ice will NOT be available for any vendors during this event.
- All vendors are required to adhere to the City of St. Louis and St. Louis Health Department guidelines and permits - detailed at . For details, call (314) 657-1539 or email [email protected]. All permit/insurance fees required by the City of St. Louis are the responsibility of the vendor with copy of confirmation emailed to NIC a minimum of 4 weeks prior to the event.
- Online/credit card payments subject to fees, typically about $2 plus 6.6% set by Eventbrite and payable by the vendor.
- Pre-paid vendors via cash or CashApp coordinated directly with NIC must submit this registration form by the approrpriate deadlines specified above using promo code provided by NIC and adhere to all City of St. Louis ordinances - or their space will NOT be reserved.
- NO alcohol, weapons, illegal or counterfeit items may be sold during/at this event.
- All registration and fees are non-refundable.
