About the Teacher:
Payal has been teaching in-person Hatha Yoga classes in London for the past 10 years. Her practice is informed by both Western training and guidance from indigenous stewards of the oral tradition. Payal focuses on creating an inclusive, supportive space for students to explore their practice, and she currently leads a friendly community of regulars at her weekly classes.

Course fee: £48 for all 4 weeks (£12 per session).
- Dates: Mondays, June 8th, 15th, 22nd, 29th.
