You will stay at Tŷ Newydd Writing Center on the banks of the Dwyfor River.
All meals are provided, and there are plenty of homemade cakes to fuel your energy.
Bursting rivers, incredible waterfalls and lakes under the shadow of the mountains. We will be swimming in at least four different locations during the weekend.
Most of our swimming areas require short walks on uneven footpaths and may involve some uphill walking. A reasonable level of fitness is required for our swimming retreats.
We want to give you the confidence to plan your own wild swims. Wild swimming is good for the soul. This retreat is suitable for adults only.
You don't need any fancy equipment, just a swimsuit, a towel and some shoes to wear in the water.
