If you said 'YES PLEASE' to any of the questions above, then my JiggleFiit twerk classes are perfect for you. Classes are on Mondays in June from 7.50pm - 8.50pm at Fitness First, The Strand.
This month we're taking it back to some older choreos but with a few new moves:
- 3 June - Booty Bootcamp - Refresh and practice twerk techniques
- 10 June - Soca
- 17 June - Dancehall
- 24 June - RnB
About the classes
I'm a Level 2 Exercise to Music qualfied dance teacher. I teach fun dance wellness classes that explore the traditional African style (Mapouka) of moving your body called 'twerking'. You'll l earn twerk techniques in a safe, fun and inclusive space with a range of music styles from Afrobeats to Dancehall.
My classes celebrate movement, music and have an appreciation for Black culture. At the end of each class we finish on positive affirmations to leave you feeling empowered and energised. At JiggleFiit we believe that every body deserves to jiggle joyfully and without judgement

My classes are judgement free zone. Expect positivity and lots of booty shaking.
