First Fridays are back and better than ever. Join us for the second First Friday of the 2026 season on Friday, June 5th, as Downtown Racine transforms into the ultimate Summer Bash. From live music and food and the unveiling of a brand-new public art project - Giant "Greetings from Racine" postcards, this event offers something for everyone.
LIVE DJ & SUMMER FUN ON MONUMENT SQUARE
Celebrate summer in the heart of the city with live music, games, food trucks, free hot dogs, a beer garden, and more. Performances will include:
• Night Wing at 5:00 p.m. – Crosswalk Park
• Titus, Rench & Wheary at 6:00 p.m. – Crosswalk Park
• TBD - First Ev. Lutheran Church
• Waiting for Eddie - George's Encore
• TBD at 7:00 p.m. – Reefpoint Brew House
• Busias XOXO: Selfie station, lemon drops, summer cookies, giveaways
Participate in creating a giant postcard art at Racine Art Museum.
Live music will also be featured at many downtown venues, including Smoke'd on the Water, Foxhole Lounge, Harbor Lite Yacht Club, Chartroom, Bridge Tender Tavern, Brickhouse, The Ivanhoe, Photographic Design & Framing, and Uncorkt, each offering its own unique atmosphere and entertainment.
Parking is conveniently available at the Lake Avenue Ramp (300 Lake Avenue), Civic Centre Ramp (501 Lake Avenue), or Shoop (Main & State) for an all-day rate of only $4.00.
