Whether you're a fitness fanatic or just looking to try something new, this event is perfect for all levels. Come jump, dance, and build community with us as we get our cardio on!

We’ve loved creating a space for everyone to come together, jump, move, and vibe with us. Up until now, our sessions have been free—but as our community grows, so do the costs of making these events possible (equipment, music, refreshments, etc).

To keep delivering the best experience for you all, we’ve added a small ticket price on Eventbrite. This helps us continue building a safe, fun, and consistent space for the community.

We appreciate your support more than anything—every ticket truly goes right back into the community we’re creating together. 💛
