This 50-minute session is designed to strengthen, tone, and challenge your endurance through controlled, low-impact jumping sequences that build stability, coordination, and core strength. Expect to sweat, move with intention, and leave feeling energised.
This class is designed for clients with some prior Reformer Pilates experience. Due to the dynamic and fast-paced nature of Jumpboard, it is not suitable for complete beginners.
