This time, Alladin invites us to explore the topic “When the Body Remembers: Finding Calm After Stress, Noise, and Change.”
After moving through different cities, life transitions, pressure, and moments of inner tension, he became curious about how stress can live not only in thoughts, but also in the body — in sleep, muscles, breathing, dreams, reactions, and daily energy. Through practices like meditation, breathing, music, movement, and self-observation, he has been learning how the body slowly finds safety again.
