Välkomna till en hejdundrande jul-förfest i pyntets ära! 🎄(English below)
Vi i arrangörsgruppen vill bjuda in till en dag där vi tillsammans skapar tema-dekoration för årets julfest! Vi snackar papier mache, roliga girlanger, neonfärg och mycket mer!
Har du kreativa idéer för temat eller vill du vara med och samskapa de idéer vi redan har ? (vilket är många ;D) Alla som vill hjälpa till är välkomna!
Temat på festen är Lucia in Wonderland, och vi vill skapa en luciafest som aldrig förr där ljus, lussebullar och stjärnor blandas med té-serviser, klockor och små dörrar som leder till coola jazzfester. Julfesten kommer vara fantastisk, men roligast av allt är att skapa dekorationer - det vet alla!
Det blir bäst om vi är en relativt samlad grupp som har koll på vad som ska göras - så vi ser gärna att man är med hel eller halvdag. Men om man bara kan ett par timmar så är det såklart okej!<3
Schema för dagen:
🕚11-12: Kort brainstorming samt planering av vad vi vill skapa (perfekt att äta lunch till)
🎨12-15: Skapande (vi håller till i foajen och på loftet)
☕ca 15:00-16:00 - fika/mellanmål (vi bjuder!)
✨ 16:00 Skapandet fortsätter (nu har vi tillgång till stora och lilla salen och kan förflytta skapandet in i dessa salar)
🧹 19:00-ca 19:45 Vi städar upp och stuvar undan dekorationerna
🍽️ 20:00 Gemensam middag för de som vill på hörnet (man betalar själv)

Welcome to a spectacular pre-Christmas crafting party in honor of all things festive! 🎄
We, the organizing team, would like to invite you to a day where we’ll create themed decorations for this year’s Christmas party together! We’re talking papier-mâché, fun garlands, neon colors, and much more!
Do you have creative ideas for the theme, or would you like to co-create with us on the ideas we already have? (There are lots of them ;D) Everyone who wants to help is welcome!
The theme of the party is Lucia in Wonderland, and we want to create a Lucia celebration like never before — where light, saffron buns, and stars meet teacups, clocks, and little doors leading to cool jazz parties. The Christmas party will be amazing, but the best part is making the decorations — everyone knows that!
It’ll work best if we’re a fairly cohesive group who know what needs to be done, so we’d love for people to join for a full or half day. But if you can only come for a few hours, that’s totally fine too! <3
Schedule for the day:
🕚 11:00–12:00 – Short brainstorming session and planning of what we want to create (perfect to enjoy lunch during)
🎨 12:00–15:00 – Crafting (we’ll be in the foyer and on the loft)
☕ 15:00–16:00 – Fika/snack break (our treat!)
✨ 16:00–19:00 – Crafting continues (we’ll move into the large and small halls)
🧹 19:00–19:45 – Cleaning up and storing decorations
🍽️ 20:00 – Group dinner for those who want to join (self-paid, at the corner restaurant)
