We’re outside at the Lagoon from this week - fresh air, sea breeze, good vibes.
If the weather’s being dramatic, we head inside to Vida Active in Hove instead. We’ll always let you know!
Little ones are welcome along - this isn’t a class designed specifically for mums and babies, it’s just a really fun dance class that you can absolutely bring your kids/little ones to if you need/want to. Some people do, some don’t , it works either way.
