Journey into your inner jungle: Voice opening, singing circle, soundhealing

and Veronica Schwegman, breath work and yoga facilitator, gong player (NL)

We will start with a meditation to invoke the jungle, with shamanic instruments from Peruvian amazon rainforest, and to guide us into allowing ourselves to transform the layers we're built on this wintertime and shake off that energy with Sound Healing and movement.

Then we'll transition in into the spring energy, more warm, external and playful and express it into a liberation dance, to blossom and starting a new cycle, more expansive.

Moving with this new energy we'll have some silence and then open up our voices, sing together freely and then some medicine songs to feel more expansion and unity with the collective, with this new tribe.

After a short break, you'll lay down and receive a complete Sound Healing journey, letting go whatever needs to go and filling yourself with these pure vibrations.

Then we come back, have tea and snacks and can share if we feel like it.
