Join us on March 20th for our monthly Sound Healing!
We are so excited and deeply grateful to share this space with you all once again. Below is the general rhythm of the night so you know what to expect:
We open the doors at 7:00 PM at 213 Avenue D. That half-hour before we officially begin at 7:30 PM is an important and intentional transition time. We’ll be serving our house-made Herbal Tea Blend, crafted specifically for this gathering, to support slowing down, centering your energy, and fully arriving in the space.
At 7:30 PM, we’ll begin with a centering practice. This includes a brief intention-setting moment followed by about 15 minutes of guided practice. We shift this practice each month to keep the experience fresh, grounding, and aligned with the season.
From there, we move into the Sound Healing Session. You’ll get comfortable lying down and allow the vibrations to wash over you — a deep invitation into relaxation, presence, and intentional connection that we are truly honored to facilitate.
As the sounds gently fade, we’ll hold a few moments of silence for integration, followed by a short 5-minute break. If you need to head out, this is your quiet window to do so.
For those who’d like to stay, we warmly invite you to join us as the Helios turns into a tea & coffee speakeasy, open for one full hour. We’ll have warm drinks and time to connect, celebrate, and simply enjoy being together in community.
