About this Event

Join us on 13th January from 10:30am to 12:30pm for an uplifting New Year Affirmations & Journaling Session, led by our team.

In this gentle, inspiring workshop, we’ll explore how intentional journaling and positive affirmations can help you set the tone for the year ahead. Together, we’ll reflect on the past year, welcome new beginnings, and create space for clarity, confidence, and renewed energy.

We’ll begin with a short guided meditation to ground ourselves and invite a sense of calm. From there, you’ll be introduced to simple journaling prompts designed to help you reconnect with your goals, values, and hopes for the coming year. We’ll also explore the power of affirmations - how to write them, how to use them, and how they can support your wellbeing and self-belief throughout 2025.

You’ll have time to write freely, craft your own affirmations, and reflect on what you want to nurture in the months ahead. Whether you prefer words, doodles, or creative expression, there will be space for you to explore at your own pace.

Scrap paper will be provided, but feel free to bring your own journal, notebook, or any materials you enjoy using.

Please note: This is a wellness-focused event designed to support creativity, mindfulness, and personal reflection. It is not a professional writing class, but a relaxed, welcoming space to explore journaling and self-discovery without judgment.

Materials and refreshments will be provided—just bring yourself and an open mind. This is a wonderful opportunity to start the New Year with intention, meet new people, and take away practices you can continue at home for ongoing wellbeing and positivity.

Let’s begin 2025 with clarity, calm, and a little creativity.

If you have any questions about the event please email [email protected] and we would be happy to give more information.
