About this Event
Join us for a transformative 90-minute yoga experience that blends the strength and dynamism of a Vinyasa flow with the deep, and meditative stretches of a Yin session.
The practice will be nestled into a journaling experience with the intent to stay present and navigate through the waves of your emotions and mind.
This class is designed to help you connect mind, body and soul, using movement to stay grounded.
Bring a pen and paper with you, maybe your diary, and come practice with us.
Event Details:
Duration: 90 minutes of yoga + 20 minutes of journaling
Format:
Journaling: we'll open the practice with 5 mins meditation where we'll let our mind wander and navigate our thoughts and emotions, travelling with our breath.
Once we set the intentions, we'll journal for 5 mins before starting the practice.
Vinyasa Flow: Start with a strong and invigorating Vinyasa sequence to build heat, strength, flexibility and persistence
Yin Yoga: Transition into a calming and meditative Yin session to release tension, deepen stretches, and relax the mind.
Journaling: Ending with 10 minutes of reflective journaling. This time allows you to resonate on the practice and intentions set at the beginning of the class.
We will offer you to share your experience on a circle, of course it is not mandatory :)
Extras: Enjoy delicious vegan (and Italian :) ) snacks provided to nourish your body and complement your practice.
Whether you are an experienced yogi or new to the practice, this session offers a holistic approach to connect with your body and mind: just bring a journal and an open heart.
