About this Event
Let’s gather together and explore the benefits of journaling with mental health advocate and author Rena Joy. Using prompts, discussion and gentle movement breaks, we will spend an hour taking care of ourselves. You may find a new practice or something to add to your journaling habit. Or maybe you just want to try something new. Whatever the case, this hands-on workshop will be inviting and enlightening.
