Join us for a reflective and supportive Journal Club. Through guided journaling prompts, creativity and open discussion, we’ll dive into a really juicy topic.
- Not into journalling? You're still very welcome! This session is more about gentle, reflective writing than traditional journalling.
- Feeling nervous? You're not alone. Feedback so far says the session is warm, welcoming, and inclusive space.
- Got a question or specific needs? Feel free to drop us a message beforehand or have a chat with the facilitator on the day.
- Never journalled before? No problem at all, just come as you are.
- No pressure to share. You’re welcome to just listen, write privately, or join the conversation if it feels right for you.
- Drinks, food and comfy vibes. We have a great selection of Alcohol-free drinks, coffees & teas, as well as vegan food on offer.
- All writing levels welcome. You really don’t have to be “a writer” to get something out of it.
Just bring a notebook, a pen, and your honest self. Everyone is welcome in this space.
