Graded to Shodan under Masao Kawasoe sensei in 2004, to Sandan (bypassing Nidan) by Ticky Donovan Sensei in 2010 and to Yondan in 2021 by Ady Gray sensei.
Former English and British champion (WKF) with a number of international open titles including the Austrian Grand Prix, Portugal open and Irish open (3x) as well as FSKA World champion, and WSF world bronze medallist.
Now coach to both the current two time European bronze medallist in Para-Karate and the two time commonwealth champion in kata, also international Kata coach to the UWK Poland national team.
